Refining crude oil into usable fuel is not a single step. It is a sequence of six connected stages, each handing off to the next.
1. Crude receiving
Crude oil arrives, is sampled and is staged. It is checked against expected characteristics before it is released into the process.
2. Distillation
The crude is heated and separated into fractions by boiling point inside the distillation column, forming the base feedstock for everything we produce.
3. Secondary processing
Secondary units treat each fraction according to what it needs to become. This is what allows one barrel of crude to yield several different finished products.
4. Quality control
Samples from every stage are tested in our laboratory. Nothing moves to the next stage until it has passed the required checks.
5. Blending
Individual processed streams come together into the exact grade a finished product requires, and each blend is verified against specification.
6. Storage and dispatch
Finished products are held in tank storage under controlled conditions until they are dispatched. Inventory and dispatch are coordinated with our commercial team so that supply stays reliable and predictable.
